What do you like the most about Roller Derby?

First and foremost I love to be in skates. As much as possible. I like the DIY aspect of derby. I like working with a team and working towards goals physically and mentally. It’s such a complex sport and there’s always more to learn.

Short Bio

I graduated from Montevallo with a BFA in sculpture and went on to be an in-house carpenter for Urban Outfitters when it opened in 2007. I am a music nerd and an introvert. I have a husband, stepchild, and 2 children with my husband and they’re all incredibly awesome! My new passion has become introducing the world of derby to kids and watching it change their lives for the better!
